Returns & Refund Policy

We have a straightforward policy, in that we DO NOT TAKE RETURNS.

 

You must check our size charts and size preferences with the information provided to ensure you are fully happy before making your purchase, but we do not take returns due to quality control, we may issue credit note(s) or offer a deal towards a future purchase, but

currently we have a no-returns policy.

 

For example of returns being in sub-standard condition, people making the purchase for a one-time use to then be refunded and other issues in the past. Also, the brands we work with are small independent brands that can't afford to or choose not to have returns, with some it may be down to that they can't due to custom orders, but this is a collective decision, which may or may not change in the future.
